There is also a children's chlorine pool measuring 7x7 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres and a playground for the little ones to enjoy. As it is a community, privacy is partial. The furnished terrace of the flat is ideal for al fresco dining overlooking the community garden.

Just 350 metres away, you will find the beautiful Paella Beach where you can spend days enjoying the sun and sea. You can also enjoy strolling along the promenade next to the beach and appreciate the gastronomic variety of the different restaurants along the promenade. The town centre is only a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to access shops and other local amenities.
