Welcome to this wonderful villa, located between the sea and the mountain, in Port d'Andratx. It accommodates 7 people.The beautiful exterior area features large gardens, a chlorine swimming pool of 9 x 5 and a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.15 m, two large furnished terraces, a terrace belonging to a bedroom, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue and beautiful views of nature. The house of 300 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, located on the 1st floor, three with double bed and one with single bed. One of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms with shower; one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. The cozy living room is furnished with one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV-Sat. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and fans are also available. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.Port d'Andratx is a beautiful coastal tourist area, where you will find everything you might need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, sports club, sailing club, medical center, etc. The area is surrounded by several beautiful coves, like Cala Raco, Marmassen Cala, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches.
